Welcome to the website of the Plant City Bar Association, Inc. (PCBA). The Plant City Bar Association was first established informally in the late 1960’s or early 1970’s at the instance of two long-time Plant City attorneys, the late Jim Redman and the late Tom Sawyer. The PCBA has grown with the Plant City Community over the years. It was incorporated as a Florida not for profit corporation in 2003 and now counts among its member attorneys with practices that cover virtually every aspect of the law.
The PCBA is a voluntary group dedicated to upholding the honor and dignity of the legal profession, promoting improvements in the law and its administration, encouraging discourse on legal and civic topics of general interest, and promoting a better understanding between the general public and the legal profession. Additionally, the PCBA provides Continuing Legal Education and professional development programs for attorneys so that they may better serve Plant City and its surrounding areas.
